Regarding to the Purchase orders, please be note that this warranty is only valid after returning the singed copy.
1.Limited Warranty. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained in this warranty certificate, Wuxi Jiazhou Artificial Turf Co., Ltd warrants to the person, firm or entity purchasing from our company as indicated on the signature page hereof(“Purchase”) that our products will maintain their UV stability and tensile strength under normal condition during the applicable warranty period.
2. Commitments. The warranty period of Wuxi Jiazhou Artificial Turf Co.,Ltd differs from product’s kinds and intensity of daily sunlight. Wuxi Jiazhou Artificial Turf Co.,Ltd shall be responsible for replacing the defective products for free as soon as possible if the product have any damages due to the quality of artificial grass itself. 3. Limitation on Coverage. This warranty does not apply (i)if the products is used to any application other than sports fields or courts or landscaping application,(ii)to any damage caused during or on account of improper installation, processing or repairs(iii) to the extent that any defect or damage is caused by:
During the warranty period, if there are some quality problems of the product, claims under this warranty must be submitted in writing, together with proof of turf production and installation date, name of installation company, batch and lot number, product sample, sample of infill material(s) and a minimum of three clear pictures showing the problem to the headquarters China Wuxi Jiazhou Aritificial Turf Co., Ltd.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days after discovery of the alleged defect. China Wuxi Jiazhou Artificial Turf Co.,Ltd. shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Purchase of others with respect to any tests, inspections or consultations conducted by Purchase or others. Purchase must promptly inspected all Products upon delivery. Anything herein to the extent that any defects, shortage or non-conformities in the Products are discovered by inspections upon delivery of the Products. Purchaser must notifies Wuxi Jiazhou Artificial Turf Co.,Ltd. of such defects, shortage or non-conformities in writing within 30 days after the date of delivery. Otherwise, Wuxi Jiazhou Artificial Turf Co.,Ltd. shall be deemed all Products to be free of such defects, shortage and non-conformities and shall not undertake the corresponding responsibility.
